




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing studies, projects, 3D models, project integration and quantity surveying, as well as documentation control and communication with clients and suppliers. Quantity Surveying and Budgeting, as well as Schedule Management *Preparation of Technical-Legal Feasibility Study;* *Preparation of municipal projects;* *Preparation of architectural projects;* *Preparation of 3D models;* *Preparation of illustrative content for construction projects upon request;* *Integration of complementary projects (structural, hydraulic, electrical, fire protection, elevators);* *Quantity surveying and budgeting: stonework, metalwork, glass, and other finishes;* *Budgeting and schedule control for vertical transportation equipment (elevators and platforms);* *Construction documentation control: ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation), drawings, and other relevant construction documents;* *Client communication and meetings upon request;* *Communication with construction suppliers for schedule control;* *Site visits for project integration;* *Updating of construction logbooks;* *Preparation of construction handover folders.* *Necessary guidance to site supervisors and foremen.* Employment Type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work 100% on-site in the South Zone of São Paulo, Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00? * Do you hold a completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning?
