Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and storing aerospace items, ensuring quality, supply, and organization, as well as managing operational risks and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operational safety and risk management Description: Essential qualifications: * Completed High School education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Knowledge of Logistics Systems (logistics for aircraft loading and material recovery); * Valid Category B driver's license for paid activities — Mandatory; Additional desirable qualifications: * Familiarity with the AMOS system (advantageous); * Experience as a warehouse keeper; * Advanced Excel skills; * Power BI; Important: * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off; * Work location: Congonhas Airport. This position is responsible for: * Controlling and storing aerospace items, ensuring material quality in accordance with company and aviation authority standards and procedures. * Supplying materials requested by Maintenance. * Supplying materials requested for transfer to other warehouses (base allocation). * Ensuring supplied materials are properly packaged, documented, and identified. * Ensuring appropriate storage and preservation of component packaging. * Recording supplied items in the AMOS system to reconcile physical inventory with system records. * Participating in cyclic stock counts and the annual inventory. * Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization (5S). * Issuing Air Waybills (AWB) for material shipments. * Confirming traceability of shipped and received materials (AWB tracking for aerospace item traceability). * Complying with the company's operational safety policy. * Secondary receiving; * Identifying and reporting operational hazards; * Managing risks and threats to safety according to acceptable levels; * Ensuring operations are conducted in compliance with conditions and limitations specified in certificates issued by authorities, and in adherence to company regulations and standards. 251128020219643432
