Francisco Drumond, 25 – Centro, Camaçari/BA Salary: R$ 2\.700,00 \+ Transportation Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break Work Model: On-site About the Job: A law firm seeks a Lawyer with proven experience in labor law for on-site work. The professional will be responsible for drafting procedural documents, legal submissions, and providing technical supervision of labor cases, collaborating closely with the legal team while ensuring high technical standards and strict adherence to deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Drafting initial petitions, responses, appeals, and various legal submissions * Analyzing documents and developing procedural strategies * Monitoring and managing procedural deadlines * Case tracking via electronic court systems (PJe, TRT, etc.) * Technical support in handling labor cases * Communication and alignment with internal team members * Conducting hearings Requirements: * Prior experience in labor law * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration * Excellent legal writing skills and thorough knowledge of labor procedures * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to meeting deadlines * Availability for on-site work Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
