Also responsible for operational and administrative tasks—especially cash-related ones—including payments, receipts, daily closing, support for digital channels, and custody of valuables, always in compliance with internal policies. Requirements: **Main Responsibilities** Serving cooperative members (in-person and operational); Identifying business opportunities; Offering and marketing products and services; Prospecting new cooperative members; Supporting cooperative member portfolio management; Cash-related activities (payments, receipts, daily closing); Supporting the branch manager; Formalizing credit proposals; Collections and supporting delinquency resolution; Processing checks, bills, and payment agreements; Custody of checkbooks, cards, and valuables; Monitoring suspicious financial transactions; Recording cash transactions exceeding the applicable limit; Digitizing documents and processing ATM cash envelopes; Supporting internal and external audits. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Flexibility options: Ongoing bachelor’s degree: minimum completion of second phase (entering third phase); Technical course: completion of two modules (entering third module); Applicants from unrelated fields (e.g., Law): must be enrolled in a financial/cooperative specialization program, with at least three months completed. Experience in cash operations; Experience in financial institutions (preferably credit cooperatives); CPA-10 certification preferred.
