This is a strategic role for candidates who possess keen observation skills, an organized profile, and outstanding communication abilities with shop owners and colleagues. Your mission will be to ensure order, security, and efficiency across our entire infrastructure—from the yard to common areas. Join us to guarantee a safe, organized, and efficient environment for everyone. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Strong communication and leadership skills; * Experience in this sector is a plus. Responsibilities: * Coordination of the operational team, including shift scheduling and training on internal policies and public service standards. * Technical supervision of systems (elevators, pumps, generators, and CCTV) and rigorous monitoring of preventive, corrective, and essential maintenance services (water, electricity, and gas). * Development of administrative procedures, enforcement of internal policy compliance, and management of data/images in accordance with LGPD regulations. * Monitoring of building inspections, recording of internal incidents, and systematic tracking of utility consumption readings per unit. * Direct interface with shop owners and operational support for event planning and common area management.
