




Job Summary: Professional to provide comprehensive administrative support, including inventory management, invoice issuance, billing, and team assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Freight management and document control **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Solid administrative experience * Valid driver’s license will be considered an advantage **Responsibilities:** * Support the inventory department at headquarters, interfacing with HR, Payroll, and After-Sales departments; * Issue and verify invoices; * Manage and track orders in the system; * Open service requests and register/implement orders; * Execute billing processes, payments, accounts payable, and financial controls; * Review leasing proposals and support credit analysis/approval; * Manage freight, receipt and shipment of goods; * Control, organize, and verify inventory, machines, and parts; * Perform entry and exit checklists for machines; * Support technicians and organize the workshop; * Communication and alignment with the Factory; * Organize team training sessions together with the Factory; * Send and control documents to headquarters and internal departments.
