In a business model focused on credit with extremely high transaction volume, this area serves as the foundation supporting our corporate governance, the health of our FIDC structures, and technical compliance. It translates our operations into reliable numbers to inform executive decisions, audits, and investor reporting. The **Accounting Specialist** role is responsible for executing high-complexity accounting (including FIDC routines and portfolio reconciliations), leading end-to-end monthly close activities, and structuring accounting processes for the launch of new products. **What you’ll do here:** * Execute high-volume accounting entries and reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Perform FIDC accounting management; * Lead the accounting close process and preparation of monthly reports; * Prepare complete financial statements, including schedules and explanatory notes; * Design and implement accounting workflows for new products; * Support external audit, ensuring traceability and integrity of information; Structure and enhance the maturity of our accounting policies, preparing the company for the next levels of scale and corporate governance; * **What we’re looking for in you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration; * Proven experience in portfolio reconciliation and managing high-volume databases; * Technical expertise in financial instrument accounting and FIDC routines; * Prior experience in the financial sector, fintechs, or high-growth companies; * In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS); * Familiarity with COSIF; * Experience preparing Financial Statements; **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience in organizations with high corporate governance standards or institutions within the financial system; * Proficiency with data manipulation tools for reconciliation (e.g., SQL, Python, etc). ***Privacy Notice*** *Jeitto processes the personal data submitted in this application exclusively for recruitment and selection purposes, in accordance with LGPD.
