RACK AND PINION ELEVATOR OPERATOR

Description

We are seeking a Rack and Pinion Elevator Operator to perform routine tasks in the field, contributing to process organization and strengthening the company's engineering practices. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Responsible for operating rack and pinion elevators on vertical construction sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and organized transportation of personnel and materials between floors, in accordance with the project schedule; \- Control upward and downward traffic flow, ensuring proper equipment usage and adherence to load limits, preventing overloading and hazardous situations; \- Conduct daily inspections (checklist) before commencing operations, verifying full equipment functionality—including doors, safety locks, control panels, emergency systems, and tower structure; \- Operate the elevator in compliance with applicable technical and safety regulations, maintaining constant communication with site teams and supervision; \- Assist in organizing boarding and disembarking of personnel and materials, contributing to logistical efficiency at the construction site; \- Maintain equipment condition, cleanliness, and optimal performance, ensuring operational availability; \- Immediately report any malfunctions, irregularities, or unsafe conditions identified; \- Align work with the project schedule, contributing to productivity and organization across work fronts. **Requirements** \- Strong sense of responsibility regarding safety; \- Discipline in following procedures; \- Teamwork with production crews; \- Commitment to deadlines and productivity; \- Workplace organization; \- Professional conduct and respect for regulations. **Salary: To be negotiated.** Benefits: Meal Allowance (VA) \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Totalpass Interested candidates should send their resume to: **rh@bsvincorporadora.com.br**, with subject line **"CV – Rack and Pinion Elevator Operator".** Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Minimum 6 months (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
