Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction business, is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to work at its Infrastructure Corporate Headquarters in São Paulo - SP. **Job Description** **Mission:** Support technical and strategic planning of new infrastructure and construction projects, assisting in structuring developments from conceptual, basic, and study phases. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and consolidate project reference planning, including schedules, WBS, strategic milestones, and physical-financial curves to support decision-making. * Support the development of technical and implementation feasibility studies, analyzing alternatives regarding scope, timelines, construction methods, and execution scenarios. * Apply corporate methodologies, standards, and project management and planning tools, ensuring alignment with infrastructure sector best practices. * Conduct critical path, interface, schedule risk, and constructability analyses, proposing mitigation strategies and measures from the study phase onward. Integrate planning with engineering, contracts, procurement, and business areas, ensuring coherence among technical scope, contractual strategy, and schedule. * Support definition of global resource and cost assumptions, contributing to estimates, preliminary contract planning, and project predictability. * Provide technical and analytical support to management, consolidating planning information for strategic decisions and project portfolio prioritization, ensuring compliance with technical standards, legal requirements, and corporate standards. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Postgraduate degree preferred * Active CREA registration * 6–10 years of professional experience preferred * Experience in Project Feasibility Analysis * Experience in Cost Definition, Budgeting & Pricing * Experience in the Infrastructure sector * Advantage: Advanced English and/or Spanish proficiency **Benefits** * Meal voucher (VR), food allowance (VA), and transportation voucher (VT) * Health and dental plans * Life insurance * TotalPass * Well-being Program * Annual bonus **Location** **São Paulo - SP (Vila Olímpia)** *ACCIONA has received the Top Employer certification for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
