Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring proper organization and control of equipment history. Prepare managerial reports and equipment history reports Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, as well as the information generated by these activities. These activities are carried out through the maintenance management system in the injection area, aiming to ensure proper organization and control of the plant's equipment history. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain the maintenance management system up to date by updating and entering information generated from maintenance processes, and promote system improvements and updates through organizing equipment history, registration, and movement of new and used equipment. * Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance based on information structured from the maintenance management system. * Arrange purchase orders for materials and services used in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Prepare maintenance management reports for maintenance cost control (budgeted vs. actual). * Provide supporting information for preparing the annual maintenance area budget. * Prepare various reports on equipment history and maintenance costs. * Keep updated the quality and environmental management system standards and regulations relevant to the maintenance area, through reviewing and controlling processes generated by the quality and environmental standards management system. * Conduct training on standards applicable to the maintenance area and participate in internal audits of quality and environmental management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education, preferably in Electronics, Mechanics, or Automation. * Experience with SAP PM and PP modules: Plant Maintenance, production reporting, and reporting. * Advanced Excel: Proficiency in complex functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for processing large volumes of data and creating indicators (KPIs). **Additional Information** **Tigre Way of Working**: On-site **Work Location**: Rio Claro **Working Hours**: 07:30 \- 17:00 **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
