If you resonate with our way of being, join our team of \#Simlovers! **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users; * Handle incidents and requests related to hardware, software, and peripherals; * Configure workstations, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices; * Support users with corporate tools (Microsoft 365, email, Teams, VPN, and internal systems); * Support meeting rooms and videoconferencing resources. * Manage and keep the IT asset inventory updated; * Prepare, configure, and deliver equipment for new hires (onboarding); * Collect and decommission equipment during employee offboarding; * Monitor equipment maintenance, replacement, and warranty processes; * Ensure technical standardization across the corporate environment. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed Technical Education in Electronics, IT, or related fields OR currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields. Hardware: For MPS, training on low- and medium-volume PB and Color equipment lines. For SaaS, training on HP Notebook and Desktop tracks, which are part of the Company’s product lineup and deployed in the assigned environment.
