CNC Machine Operator

Description

CNC Lathe Operator Job Mission: Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines, controlling production parameters and quality. Key Responsibilities: Receive production demand requests from the supervisor; Execute production programming; Measure critical dimensions of parts; Inspect produced items; Load parts into the machine for production; Perform quality inspections; Sort and verify raw materials; Report failures and losses of raw materials, finished products, and tools; Carry out preventive maintenance and keep the machine and work area clean; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. Education: Completed High School — Mandatory | Industrial Mechanics Technician — Preferred Field of Study: Industrial Mechanics Experience operating CNC machines Proficiency in measurement units and measuring equipment; Metrology; LID (Reading and interpretation of technical drawings); Knowledge of control systems: Siemens, Fagor, Fanuc, Mcs, Mazatrol, and Mitsubishi; Mathematical reasoning.
