Opportunity to impact lives through education Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Madureira Hub \- Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Responsibilities: - Provide human-centered support to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, aiming to reverse such decisions via phone and WhatsApp; - Negotiate, advocate for, and implement institutional policies focused on student retention; - Analyze student requests and offer available institutional services; - Analyze student performance to promote and execute actions and projects aimed at student development and retention; Requirements: - Completed high school education; - Proficiency in using systems; - Experience in customer service; - Negotiation-oriented profile; - Must reside very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
