**Job Mission** Support sales activities by addressing technical and functional product-related inquiries, contributing to customers' appropriate decision-making and minimizing risks for both customers and the company. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect new customers by identifying and contacting potential clients to explore new business opportunities and promote the Company's products; * Prepare sales quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize existing business opportunities; * Provide remote pre-sales and post-sales customer support via phone, email, and other available channels, delivering product information and resolving issues or escalating them to responsible parties; * Track sales orders, monitoring order stages to ensure on-time delivery as per agreed timelines; * Register and update customer data in the ERP system; * Generate sales order and revenue volume reports; * Support the external sales team by sending invoices (NFs), bank slips (boletos), system registrations, and performing other administrative department tasks. **Basic Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer prospecting; * Prior experience in telesales. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in selling home appliances is desirable; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
