**Job Mission** Support sales activities by addressing technical and functional product-related inquiries, contributing to customers' appropriate decision-making and minimizing risks for both customers and the company. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect new clients by identifying and contacting potential customers to generate new business opportunities, as well as promoting the Company’s products; * Prepare sales quotations, negotiate, and finalize existing business opportunities; * Provide remote pre-sales and post-sales customer support via phone, email, and other available channels, supplying product information and resolving issues or escalating them to responsible parties; * Monitor sales orders, tracking order stages to ensure on-time delivery per agreed schedule; * Register and update customer data in the ERP system; * Generate sales order and revenue volume reports; * Support the external sales team by sending invoices (NFs), payment slips (boletos), system registrations, and performing other departmental administrative tasks. **Basic Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in client prospecting; * Prior experience in telesales. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in selling home appliances is desirable; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
