Being DHL means developing your capabilities to the fullest. \#GoTeach \#GoHelp \#GoGreen**Job Description** --------------------- Monitor scheduling, ensure daily traffic release so deliveries are completed on time, accommodate each client’s specific requirements, handle various documents, comply fully with all required procedures related to those documents, and prepare reports and spreadsheets to support meeting departmental demands. Monitor all pickup requests, return processes, investigate lost items and claims, verify proof-of-delivery documents, monitor operations via spreadsheets and communication systems with drivers, and manage the client’s integrated system.**Requirements** -------------- \- Completed high school education \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \- Strong typing and systemic data entry skills \- Prior experience in logistics routines preferred \- Knowledge of transportation operational processes**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Monitor deliveries and pickups via integrated systems and/or direct contact with drivers en route; 2\. Conduct active and passive monitoring of routes currently in progress; 3\. Monitor dispatch and vehicle inspection within the SVC facility; 4\. Complete daily operational control records with relevant operational information; 5\. Manage delivery performance to consistently meet operational SLAs; 6\. Communicate effectively with drivers; 7\. Use the internal transportation/tax system to record payments to contractors; 8\. Follow operational procedures and adhere to DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
