Direct contribution to achieving commercial targets About the Role: * Prospect new customers; * Conduct outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and meetings; * Present company services; * Identify business opportunities; * Prepare and track commercial proposals; * Negotiate and close contracts; * Maintain and monitor the CRM; * Perform follow-up with customers; * Contribute to achieving commercial targets. * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus); * Prior experience in sales or commercial roles; * Commercial profile focused on prospecting and closing deals; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for prospecting and developing customer relationships; * Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office suite is a plus; * Availability to work under a PJ (individual contractor) arrangement.
