Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing rapid expansion, and we are seeking an Order Processing Assistant to join us in this growth! We are looking for an organized and dynamic professional to handle order picking, ensuring speed and accuracy in task execution. **Key responsibilities:** * Enter orders into the system, ensuring all information matches the request accurately. * Verify and record prescriptions and formulas according to company-established standards. * Pay close attention to prescription details, checking quantities, composition, and specific instructions. * Ensure correct data entry and updates in the system, avoiding errors or inconsistencies. * Assist in tracking and organizing received orders. * Follow departmental procedures and technical terminology to ensure standardized operations. * Report any discrepancies or errors identified during the process.
