With well-structured production processes, Gangas **values professionals who are committed, skilled, and eager to grow alongside the organization.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate sewing machines to stitch garments, using conventional straight-stitch and overlock machines * Replace thread spools and needles as required by production needs * Assist in garment preparation when necessary * Mark sewing locations with adhesive tape * Open seams and turn garments inside out * Burn excess thread ends with a lighter **REQUIREMENTS** * **Experience in leather sewing (not necessarily in apparel)** * Proficiency with straight-stitch and overlock sewing machines * Attention to detail and meticulousness in garment execution * Commitment to deadlines and quality * Availability for on-site work **BENEFITS** * **Meal Voucher** R$ 12.00/day — Ticket Card * **Transportation Voucher** Optional or R$ 10.50/day — Pluxee Card * **Attendance Bonus** Basic Food Basket (monthly) * **Health Insurance** After 90 days * **Gympass** After 90 days **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 (1-hour break) * Friday: 08:00 to 16:45 (1-hour break) Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
