Description

Job Summary: Spread and level materials such as asphalt and crushed stone to prepare surfaces and assist with finishing work, while maintaining tools and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operate hand tools and small equipment. 2. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with safety standards. 3. Handle hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and hoes. **Responsibilities:** * Spread and level materials such as asphalt, crushed stone, concrete, and other aggregates. * Prepare surfaces for paving, ensuring uniformity and quality. * Operate hand tools and small equipment used in leveling and finishing processes. * Assist in constructing expansion joints and finishing edges and corners. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of tools and the worksite. * Follow instructions and guidance from immediate supervisors regarding assigned tasks. * Ensure work is performed in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Basic experience in paving projects or similar activities (preferred) * Basic knowledge of leveling and surface preparation * Ability to handle hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and hoes Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
