We are seeking Product Managers to drive the evolution of platforms and systems related to Supply Chain operations, supporting the transformation from traditional project management to a digital product-oriented model.
This role will play a fundamental part in connecting business, technology, and operations—helping structure product vision, strategy, prioritization, metrics, and continuous value generation for operations.
More than simply tracking demands and deliveries, we expect professionals capable of understanding the operational context as a whole, identifying opportunities, jointly defining strategic directions with business stakeholders, and supporting the growth of Product Management maturity within the company.
One of the main challenges of this position will be helping build a metrics- and results-driven culture—supporting the definition of OKRs, KPIs, and clear mechanisms for measuring the impact of initiatives.
**As a Product Manager Professional, you will:**
* Prior experience as a PM in digital environments;
* Strategic vision and analytical capability;
* Experience or familiarity with defining and tracking OKRs and metrics;
* Ability to connect operational needs with product vision;
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Hands-on profile with strong execution capability;
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills;
* Operational awareness and sense of prioritization;
* Interest in organizational transformation and product culture;
* Knowledge of or interest in AI applied to productivity and operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities

**For this position, you must:**
* Lead products and platforms related to Supply Chain operations;
* Work closely with business, technology, and operations teams;
* Translate operational needs into product direction;
* Support strategy definition together with partner areas;
* Build and track OKRs, metrics, and KPIs;
* Support the evolution of a value- and impact-oriented mindset;
* Structure and evolve product roadmaps;
* Ensure end-to-end organization and tracking of initiatives;
* Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency;
* Promote alignment among teams and stakeholders;
* Leverage AI and automation to increase operational productivity;
* Support the growth of Product Management maturity within operations.

* Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, or corporate platforms;
