**Description**: Responsible for assisting in carrying out basic activities of the production process, contributing to smooth production operations, sector organization, and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements**: Completed elementary or high school education; Basic knowledge of the production process; Basic knowledge of workplace organization, cleanliness, and maintenance. **Responsibilities**: Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace; Clean equipment when necessary; Sort, identify, and organize products and materials; Manually handle materials when necessary, such as picking up products from the floor; Assist in replacing big bags at rejection points; Assist in loading products into vehicles for shipment; Support the production team as required by the department; Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedures; Follow instructions from the shift leader or responsible person.
