Your **mission** will be to ensure proper care for birds, promoting a clean, safe environment suited to their feeding, health, and productivity needs, thereby contributing to product quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Replace water and refill feed tubes (feed) in barns; * Load egg trucks; * Clean areas around barns; * Collect eggs; * Maintain organization and hygiene in barns during the broiler phase; * Monitor the entire feed supply process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Elementary school education; * Flexible availability for work hours. **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the company; * Basic food basket; * Birthday day off; * Dental plan; * Group life insurance. **CIALNE** was founded in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a legacy defined by hard work, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
