Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling Assist in preparing household meals, ensuring kitchen organization, hygiene, and maintenance, contributing to a clean, safe environment with quality meals for the family. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. * Clean, cut, and organize food items for meal preparation. * Prepare simple dishes as directed by the cook or family members. * Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic during and after meal preparation. * Organize pantry, refrigerator, and freezer, checking food expiration dates and proper storage. * Assist in creating shopping lists and receiving/inspecting groceries. * Maintain kitchen utensils, appliances, and other equipment. * Comply with food hygiene, handling, and food safety standards. * Support other kitchen-related tasks as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or helper is preferred. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. * Organizational skills, agility, and willingness to work.
