Kitchen Assistant What You Will Do: As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the team in food preparation, kitchen organization, and compliance with food quality and safety standards, contributing to an excellent experience for Guests and Team Members. Your key responsibilities include: * Assist in food preparation and pre-preparation (mise en place); * Clean, cut, and organize ingredients; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment; * Support proper food storage and shelf-life control; * Follow food hygiene and safety standards; * Assist in restocking items and organizing support stations; * Support the kitchen team as directed by supervisors; * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. ### **What Are We Looking For?** We seek professionals with: * Completed elementary or high school education; * Interest in working in the kitchen area; * Organization and discipline; * Attention to detail; * Ability to work in a team; * Willingness to perform operational tasks; * Ability to work under pressure.
