Providing service to internal and external visitors Main Responsibilities: \* Control vehicle, personnel, and material entries and exits. \* Monitor electronic security systems. \* Record entries and exits of residents, visitors, and service providers. \* Answer telephone and intercom calls. \* Serve and provide information to internal and external visitors. \* Receive packages and mail. \* Authorize and monitor access for people and vehicles. \* Ensure access is granted only to authorized people and vehicles. \* Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior.
