Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and monitoring the access of people, vehicles, and materials to ensure security and smooth operational functioning. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and monitoring 2. Monitoring of electronic security systems 3. Providing service to internal and external visitors Main Responsibilities: \* Control vehicle, personnel, and material entries and exits. \* Monitor electronic security systems. \* Record entries and exits of residents, visitors, and service providers. \* Answer telephone and intercom calls. \* Serve and provide information to internal and external visitors. \* Receive packages and mail. \* Authorize and monitor access for people and vehicles. \* Ensure access is granted only to authorized people and vehicles. \* Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior.
