Injection Molding Machine Maintenance Mechanic \- Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on injection molding machines, ensuring their optimal operation. • Conduct periodic inspections of equipment to identify wear, failures, and maintenance needs. • Perform maintenance on machine tools and other industrial equipment used in the production process. • Carry out repairs and improvements to building installations, including structures, hydraulic systems, and other infrastructure components. * Support production in secondary operational activities, such as sorting non-conforming parts, deburring, and other related tasks. • Assist in the installation, assembly, and disassembly of machines and equipment. • Record maintenance incidents and report requirements for spare parts and material replenishment. • Comply with company-established quality, occupational safety, and environmental procedures. * Maintain proper care of tools, equipment, and materials used in operations. • Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe. • Perform other related duties as directed by immediate leadership.
