Description
Sweep all areas except carpeted spaces, where vacuuming must be used;
* Clean furniture, utensils, telephones, computers, printers, office equipment, blinds, window sills, window frames, and other existing furniture, including electrical appliances, fire extinguishers, etc., using dusters, flannel cloths, and appropriate cleaning products;
* Wash restrooms at the beginning of the morning;
* Clean restrooms, disinfect them, and collect garbage at least 4 (four) times per day;
* Clean kitchens and other wet areas at least 2 (two) times per day, or as needed;
* Restock paper towels, toilet paper, and liquid soap in restrooms whenever necessary;
* Sweep, mop with a damp cloth, and polish vinyl, marble, granite, ceramic, marmorite, and rubberized floors, among others;
* Sweep cement floors;
* Wipe tabletops and cafeteria/dining room seats with alcohol-dampened cloths before and after meals;
* Remove garbage as needed, placing it into plastic bags according to Selective Waste Collection standards and relocating it to the location designated by Management;
* Refill water coolers with bottled mineral water;
* Clean indoor and outdoor landscaped areas, floral arrangements, and plant pots—natural, artificial, and dehydrated;
* Water natural plants;
* Vacuum carpeted floors, rugs, runners, and doormats;
* Sweep, remove stains, and polish waxed wooden floors;
* Clean elevators both internally and externally, including their guide rails and doormats, using appropriate products;
* Clean stair handrails;
* Remove stains from floors, partition walls, their doors, and glass surfaces;
* Clean shelves, cabinets, and areas behind furniture, cabinets, and filing cabinets;
* Clean partitions and doors covered with laminate or wood using appropriate products;
* Clean painted oil- or synthetic-varnish-coated doors, bars, and door stops using neutral products;
* Polish wooden partitions, furniture, and utensils;
* Thoroughly clean upholstered items using appropriate products for leather, fabric, or plastic coverings on seats and armchairs;
* Clean and polish all metal items, such as valves, taps, traps, locks, and similar fixtures;
* Wash countertops and vinyl, marble, granite, ceramic, marmorite, and rubberized floors with detergent, then wax and polish;
