We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clear and serve vehicles in manual, automatic, self-service, and auxiliary lanes, as well as exceptional-load vehicles and vehicles with no payment method * Equip\-yourself with the necessary resources provided at toll plazas to manually collect toll fees at the start of each shift. * Identify, classify, and collect toll fees according to vehicle class and payment method (cash, credit/debit cards, checks, toll vouchers, and other implemented methods) * Issue the receipt corresponding to the collected toll amount, distribute brochures per the distribution schedule sent to each plaza, and participate in coin collection * Complete the toll incident report and inform the immediate supervisor of any incidents occurring in your booth, while also recording and logging vehicle violations in the Revenue Collection System. * Conduct user surveys per the company\'s scheduled topics and guidelines * Sell coupons in toll payment waiting lines (e.g., queue management, mobile revenue collection). * In case of accidents or vehicle breakdowns, signal the location and notify the toll plaza control center * Assist in coin counting, toll plaza control operations, cash exchange purchases/sales at the beginning and end of shifts, and prepare necessary resources for subsequent shifts\' revenue collection. * Represent the Leader under the Development Program. * Promote electronic tolling by participating in initiatives and recommending partner operators\' TAG devices. * Perform activities in accordance with Motiva\'s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and support comprehensive prevention and monitoring of daily work routines. * Contribute to proper waste management at your workplace, in line with awareness of environmental aspects and impacts related to your activity and established unit standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you: Completed Elementary Education, Availability to work on a 2x2x3 rotating schedule, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
