**Chapeiro – Snack Bar / Fast Food Restaurant** **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Chapeiro(a)** with enthusiasm, agility, and passion for cooking to join our team. The professional will be responsible for preparing snacks, hamburgers, sandwiches, and other grilled items, ensuring flavor, hygiene, and speed of service. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and grill hamburgers, meats, eggs, bacon, and other ingredients on the griddle * Assemble snacks and sandwiches according to the establishment's standards and technical specifications * Manage order flow efficiently and systematically, especially during peak hours * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the griddle, utensils, and work area * Store supplies properly, adhering to food preservation guidelines * Assist in inventory control and promptly report supply shortages to the responsible person * Comply with health surveillance regulations and good food handling practices **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role (preferred) * Agility and resilience when working under pressure and heat * Attention to personal hygiene and safe food handling * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) * Completed elementary education **Advantages (Desirable)** * Food handling or health surveillance certification * Experience in high-volume establishments (food courts, fast-food chains) * Knowledge of technical specifications and portion control Compensation: starting from R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
