We are looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to provide **administrative and operational support** to the commercial area of a health insurance brokerage. The daily routine primarily involves monitoring and registering sales, verifying customer documentation, and supporting internal processes; agility, commitment, and the ability to handle operational demands and processes are essential. We seek someone who values organization, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks attentively and responsibly. **Main responsibilities** \* Receive and verify documentation submitted by sales representatives; \* Monitor and follow up on negotiation emails; \* Verify customer data and documents; \* Register and implement proposals in the operators' systems; \* Track sales progress until implementation is completed; \* Check pending items, bank slips (boletos), and proposal statuses; \* Organize administrative processes and internal controls; \* Provide operational support to the commercial team; \* After the training period, conduct audit and post-sale calls with customers to confirm information and provide contractual guidance. **Requirements** \* Completed high school education; \* Prior experience in administrative/commercial roles; \* Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel; \* Strong verbal and written communication skills; \* Organizational skills and attention to detail; \* Agility and responsibility regarding processes and deadlines. **Preferred qualifications** \* Experience with health insurance plans; \* Experience in registration, implementation, or post-sale activities; \* Proficiency with operational systems and processes. **Benefits** \* Transportation allowance; \* TotalPass; \* Health insurance plan discount; \* University partnership program. **Salary** Market-competitive salary range.
