Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed Pedagogical Coordinator to coordinate and plan pedagogical activities, guide teachers, and monitor student performance in CEIs. Monitor student performance and implement interventions. **Details** We are looking for a professional to assume the role of Pedagogical Coordinator at our CEI unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning pedagogical activities, ensuring teaching quality. They will guide and support teachers in developing innovative and institutionally aligned educational practices. Additionally, they must monitor student performance and promote supportive actions and interventions when necessary. We seek an education-sector professional with experience who is proactive, organized, and committed to educational excellence. **Responsibilities** * Manage teaching teams. * Plan, supervise, and coordinate CEI educational activities. * Ensure project implementation alongside teachers. * Report on the development of the CEI’s Political-Pedagogical Project to the principal and to the General Coordinator of CEIs at ASA. * Substitute for the principal during their absence. * Gather, disseminate, and provide information to parents, PEIs, classroom assistants, and the principal regarding children’s development and pedagogical work conducted. * Conduct meetings with teachers (PEIs) and parents. * Deliver teacher training. **Work Environment** At Early Childhood Education Centers (CEIs), the pedagogical project—developed in partnership with Fundação Carlos Chagas and Instituto Girassol–Early Childhood Education and Research—is based on the “Caring for / Educating Young Children” pedagogy, meaning it provides space, time, and materials enabling children to play, sleep, move, express thoughts and feelings, and gain autonomy.
