More than just insurance, we invest in the development of the Federal District, supporting cultural, social, sports, and entertainment projects that positively impact the lives of residents of Brasília. **About our work model:** This position is under the **On-site** regime. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsibilities and duties: * Assist in handling simple service requests, providing on-site or remote support related to hardware, software, and network issues; * Guide users on the proper use of corporate equipment and systems; * Support the installation of computers, printers, and other devices; * Monitor machine formatting and configuration according to company standards; * Support inventory and control of IT equipment and materials; * Assist in organizing racks, cables, network points, and technical rooms; * Monitor routine checks of equipment and technical room functionality; * Perform simple tasks such as component cleaning, peripheral testing, and cable replacement; * Support the creation and updating of manuals, tutorials, and service records; * Assist in organizing the team’s technical knowledge base; * Participate in supervised project activities, such as network upgrades, physical relocations, equipment or system migrations; * Collaborate with technical teams on operational tasks; * Pursue technical improvement through training, reading materials, and active participation in team activities; * Demonstrate proactivity in learning about networks, servers, IT security, and systems. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements and qualifications: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in technology-related fields; * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure; * Introductory understanding of networking and information security; * Availability to intern on-site **Additional information** **OUR BENEFITS:** ---------------------- We are a leading company in the Brazilian insurance market.
