Teamwork and empathy Main Responsibilities: \* Support teachers in the classroom by assisting with the delivery of educational activities. \* Assist in organizing the school environment and caring for students. \* Accompany students during daily activities, providing individualized support when necessary. Requirements: \* Completed high school education (enrollment in a higher education program in Pedagogy, Teacher Training, or related fields is desirable). \* **Intermediate to fluent English** (mandatory for communication within the school environment). \* Prior experience working with children is a plus. \* Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and ability to work effectively in a team.
