The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and team-engagement abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Logical reasoning and mastery of operational metrics; * Inspiring leadership and focus on people development; * Clear and assertive communication; * Ability to engage and exert positive influence; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Organization and discipline in executing routine tasks; * Continuously nurturing talent, delivering clear and frequent feedback, and delegating responsibilities to support sustainable individual development; * Consistently recognizing and promoting team achievements, celebrating results, and reinforcing the value generated by all for the business. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive engagement; * Relevant experience in logistics, preferably in Reverse Logistics and Fiscal Cell processes; * Proven experience in people management and leadership roles; * Ability to work under pressure, resilience, respect deadlines, maintain active safety/attention, and possess mobility; * Advanced Excel proficiency; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant field; * Foreign language proficiency (Spanish/English); * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma; * Experience with Power BI and WMS; **Additional Information** **\*\*Please note: Internal candidates must submit applications by April 24, 2026** **Job Location: Cabreúva / SP** **Work Model: On-site** What excites you?
