Job Summary: Performs painting services on various surfaces, preparing them and mixing paints to ensure specifications and adhesion. Key Highlights: 1. Works in an environment that values human capital and teamwork Performs painting services on metal, wood, or masonry surfaces, preparing surfaces and paints, adding solvents and other substances to meet required specifications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspects the work to be performed, observing measurements, positioning, and condition of surfaces to be painted, determining procedures and materials to be used; * Prepares surfaces to be painted by cleaning, brushing, and removing old paint or damaged areas using scrapers, sandpaper, solvents, and air jets to eliminate residues, as well as retouching flaws and seams to correct defects and facilitate paint adhesion; * Prepares painting materials by mixing paints, pigments, oil, diluents, and drying agents in appropriate proportions to achieve specified color and quality; * Paints surfaces by applying one or multiple coats of paint using rollers, brushes, or spray guns; * Performs other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Building Painting Course; * Prior experience in the role is desirable; **Additional Information** From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for Medical Development is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
