Job Summary: Up.p is seeking a creative and socially connected Community Manager Intern to strengthen our community on social media, monitor interactions, and generate insights. Key Highlights: 1. If you're the kind of person who loves conversing, observing behavior on social media, and transforming comments into genuine connections, this role is for you. **What you’ll do here:** * Help build and strengthen the Up.p community on social media; * Monitor interactions and respond to messages using our brand voice; * Gather insights about user behavior and what people are saying about Up.p; * Support content creation, topic suggestions, and ideas to boost engagement; * Track interaction results and propose new ways to connect with the community. Requirements: **What we expect from you:** * Curiosity, creativity, and attentiveness to digital trends; * Strong writing skills, empathy, and eagerness to learn about communication and customer relationship management; * Interest in social media, internet culture, and consumer behavior; * Organizational skills and strategic thinking to transform comments into opportunities; * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields; * Expected graduation date starting from December 2026; * Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and Google/Office suites; **You’ll give your application an Up.p boost if you have:** * Experience in content projects, social media, or digital customer service; * Experience in communication, community management, or brand-related work; * Enthusiasm to learn alongside a fast-growing team that values great ideas!
