Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitization of indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain the organization and good condition of common areas and workspaces 2. Perform specific cleaning routines in designated areas 3. Assist in the proper removal and disposal of waste **Responsibilities:** * Clean, maintain, and sanitize indoor and outdoor environments according to schedule and supervision instructions; * Restock hygiene supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.) and ensure all areas are adequately stocked; * Maintain the organization and good condition of common areas and workspaces, ensuring a clean and safe environment; * Perform specific cleaning routines in designated areas (bathrooms, offices, cafeterias, hallways, etc.); * Assist in waste removal and proper garbage disposal, following environmental and safety regulations; * Report any maintenance needs or irregularities observed during daily activities. **Requirements:** * Must reside in **São José dos Campos**; * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Proactivity, agility, and initiative in identifying and resolving daily tasks; * Attention to detail and commitment to service quality; * Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and cleaning standards; * Good conduct, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication.
