Take responsibility for and commit to maintaining a positive work environment so that all individuals can participate and contribute toward achieving optimal results. Continuously update job-related knowledge by staying informed about industry trends, engaging in available internal and external educational opportunities, reading relevant publications, and maintaining an appropriate professional network. Uphold established internal policies, instructions, and procedures (e.g., quality, information and asset security, preventive medicine, etc.), follow related guidance, and participate in associated training programs, always adopting preventive actions to ensure favorable environmental and working conditions within the company.
