Job Summary: The Training Specialist and Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing educational content, creating learning paths, and applying active methodologies, working on projects within the DHO area. All selection processes conducted by **SIMPAR** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Instructional Design and Content** Develop educational content for diverse audiences and formats (in-person, online, asynchronous, and hybrid); Create scripts, learning paths, and workflows aligned with program objectives; Transform technical content into didactic, concise, and engaging language; Produce PowerPoint presentations with clear visual design and impactful narrative; * **Materials and Multimedia Production** Edit and process videos for training and e-learning; Create SCORM-compliant materials ensuring navigability, usability, and LMS compatibility; Develop visual content and instructional resources such as infographics, guides, workbooks, quizzes, and learning assessments; * **Learning Methodologies** Apply active and modern learning methodologies; Design solutions considering the employee journey, engagement, and knowledge retention; * **Project Management** Work on specific DHO-area projects within established deadlines; Organize timelines, deliverables, and checkpoints; Engage with internal stakeholders to identify needs and validate materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Training Specialist, Instructional Designer, or similar role; * Proficiency in learning methodologies (andragogy, active methodologies, microlearning, blended learning, etc.); * Experience in developing content and designing educational programs; * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva, including visual design, visual storytelling, and structuring; * Experience in instructional design and authoring platforms (Articulate or similar); * Intermediate-level video editing skills; * Ability to create SCORM-compliant materials and experience with e-learning; * Familiarity with LMS environments; * Easy access to the Itaim Bibi region — South Zone of São Paulo; * Availability for PJ contract model — 100% in-person. **Additional Information** * PJ contract model — 100% in-person; * Temporary contract of 4 months.
