REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma; * Prior experience in restaurants, food service chains, or in team training/capacity-building roles. * Availability for frequent travel and extended stays outside the home city (up to 30 days). * Practical knowledge of restaurant operations, good manufacturing practices, and food safety. * Ability to conduct theoretical and practical training with focus on engagement and learning. * Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication ability, influence, and teamwork orientation. * Flexibility, resilience, self-confidence, and customer focus. Advantages: * Experience as a training instructor or in leadership roles within restaurants. * Knowledge of operational indicator analysis and sales strategies. * Familiarity with training methodologies (e.g., P.A.P.A – Prepare, Present, Practice, and Evaluate).
