Join our team! **Education**: Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy** or other teaching licensure programs with School Management specialization **Knowledge Requirements**: **Advanced spoken and written English** People Management; Pedagogical Management; Educational Legislation; Microsoft Office Suite. **Responsibilities**: Oversee management of pedagogical activities, coordinating and guiding areas under responsibility while ensuring adherence to institutional policies and guidelines, thereby guaranteeing student learning and development. · Communicate institutional policies to raise awareness and foster engagement among areas under responsibility regarding the organization’s business, mission, values, and strategies. · Participate in developing the school’s Political-Pedagogical Project and Internal Regulations, contributing content relevant to the area of expertise. · Coordinate implementation of the segment’s teaching program in accordance with the Pedagogical Project, school policies, and regulatory norms. · Promote the school’s pedagogical methodology and educational proposal when engaging interested parents. · Monitor and implement updates to Maple Bear’s programs, ensuring teachers’ access to teaching materials and their application within respective segments. · Develop and lead annual curriculum planning for disciplines in alignment with the curriculum program. · Inform parents annually about learning objectives and subject content. · Coordinate new student selection activities according to internal procedures. · Supervise class assignments for each new academic year and organize student and parent reception during the first weeks of classes. · Coordinate implementation of teaching programs across segments in alignment with the school’s Pedagogical Project, Maple Bear’s programs, and policies. · Address students’ emotional and behavioral needs, fostering development of social skills and self-regulation. · Monitor and evaluate the teaching-learning process and student performance to identify intervention needs involving parents and teachers. · Provide pedagogical support to students and parents through integrated actions addressing adaptation, interpersonal relationships, and academic performance to enhance the educational process. · Monitor and supervise student assessment processes throughout academic terms and ensure timely communication of results to students and guardians. · Meet individually with parents/guardians, formally documenting discussion topics per current internal policy. · Propose pedagogical projects aligned with Maple Bear’s Pedagogical Proposal, programs, and policies to school leadership. · Monitor development and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for students with specific or special needs. · Monitor execution of school activities in accordance with the annual academic calendar approved by the Pedagogical Committee. · Contact parents/guardians regarding disciplinary matters, student safety, and health issues per internal procedures. · Monitor and support pedagogical consultants and trainers during their work within assigned segments. · Organize and participate in lectures and workshops for parents and the pedagogical team related to the area of expertise. · Arrange temporary replacements for pedagogical staff during absences or leaves per internal procedure. · Guide, monitor, and evaluate direct reports in performing their duties. · Conduct classroom “Assessments” and individual meetings with teachers to review lesson planning. · Review student performance reports (“Report Cards”). · Plan and promote continuous professional development for the pedagogical team through internal and external training and courses. · Participate in selection, hiring, promotion, and termination processes for pedagogical staff per Human Resources policies. · Plan and conduct orientation training for newly hired pedagogical staff. · Propose improvements to routine processes to the pedagogical leadership when necessary. · Participate in planning of students’ pedagogical field trips. · Assess annual requirements for pedagogical teaching materials. · Coordinate completion of class journals by teachers on the team. · Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to knowledge building within the area of expertise. · Ensure compliance with the school’s regulatory norms.
