Position: Bilingual Administrative Analyst (Mandarin) Professional Responsibilities Translate documents, emails, and other materials between Mandarin and Portuguese; Participate in meetings and events, providing simultaneous and/or consecutive interpretation between Mandarin and Portuguese; Act as a communication facilitator between local and Chinese teams, ensuring clarity and fluency in information exchange; Ensure translations are accurate, consistent, and culturally appropriate; Review and edit translated materials to guarantee quality, standardization, and textual coherence; Support the company in international projects involving Mandarin-speaking partners or clients; Contribute to alignment among administrative, operational, and corporate departments. Job Qualifications Fluency in Mandarin and Portuguese (spoken and written); Proven experience in written and oral translation between Mandarin and Portuguese; Proficiency in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation techniques; Cultural knowledge of both countries, ensuring linguistic and contextual appropriateness; Familiarity with corporate environments and business communication. Academic Requirements Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Languages, Translation, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields).
