We are seeking a professional to lead high-impact strategic projects, ensuring delivery of measurable results aligned with corporate planning, achieving and exceeding organizational goals, and directly contributing to the company’s key performance indicators. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, structure, and lead strategic projects aligned with executive direction and organizational strategic planning; * Define scope, goals, timelines, budget, and performance indicators (KPIs) for each project; * Ensure project execution within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards; * Monitor and report results to senior leadership, presenting performance analyses, risks, and opportunities; * Manage risks by implementing preventive and corrective actions to ensure initiative success; * Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to promote integration, alignment, and engagement of involved teams; * Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency gains; * Track strategic indicators (financial, operational, and market-related) and ensure positive impact on corporate results; * Ensure application of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid, or others adopted by the organization); * Develop communication plans and ensure proper management. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Strategy, Business, or related areas (preferred); Proven experience leading medium- and large-scale strategic projects; Strong experience in defining and tracking strategic KPIs (financial, operational, and market-related); Experience in budget management, scheduling, and project feasibility analysis.
