Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge any fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Analyze and monitor financial derivative transactions (futures, options, and swaps). * Develop and oversee foreign exchange and interest rate hedging strategies. * Perform financial calculations involving Futures, Options, FRAs, and related instruments. * Support financial decision-making through quantitative modeling and sensitivity analysis. * Collaborate with Treasury, Financial Planning, and Accounting departments. * Monitor market curves (DI, SELIC, IPCA) and their impact on portfolio instruments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Solid foundation in corporate finance and financial mathematics. * Advanced knowledge of financial instruments: * Futures and Options: pricing; * Foreign exchange hedging: NDF, FX swap, USD futures (B3\); * Interest rates: DI futures, coupon swap FRAs. * Derivative pricing and mark-to-market (MtM) valuation. * Tools and Analytical Skills: * Advanced Excel: Solver, financial functions, Pivot Tables, macros/VBA; * Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; * Familiarity with Bloomberg (preferred); * Financial certifications: CFA, FRM, CNPI, CGA, or similar (preferred); * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Capital Markets, or related areas (preferred). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
