In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: * Monitor pedagogical projects in partnership with the Segment Coordination team and reflect on fundamental aspects of curriculum planning, seeking effectiveness in communicating the teaching\-learning process; * Support and guide students throughout various developmental stages, referring them to specialized departments when necessary to contribute to the teaching\-learning process; * Monitor students' academic development in partnership with classroom teachers, tracking all assessments and their academic results while involving families and teachers in improving learning outcomes; * Assist in and participate in pedagogical meetings, supporting activity facilitation and contributing to the continuous professional development of teaching staff; * Support the Segment Coordinator during class council meetings by providing information about student development and reflecting on decisions made by the school in agreement with the Segment Coordination; * Develop educational intervention strategies in partnership with classroom teachers to support student learning; * Monitor inclusion students and provide family support; * Monitor and support communication between school and family (social media, student agendas, and other communication channels); * Engage families to address academic matters (academic and behavioral development); * Manage the pedagogical development of interns. **Requirements for this role:** Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with specialization and five years of professional experience.
