The CIEE\-RS is seeking professionals committed to human development to join our project team. Social project duration: 18 months. **Position: Family Development Agent** Responsibilities: * Conduct home visits and in-person services, provide support to served families, and understand their vulnerabilities and potentialities; * Apply the Program's methodology; * Identify social, educational, health, and employability needs, providing information to the Local Intersectoral Committee; * Contribute to and support the Local Intersectoral Committee with information for developing the Family Autonomy Plan, including goals and strategies; * Systematically update data of served families in the monitoring system; * Establish coordination among families, communities, and local institutions, strengthening the social protection network through the Local Intersectoral Committee; * Prepare systematic reports and records of activities performed, ensuring monitoring of conducted home visits; * Refer family-related needs through the program's designated system; * Monitor, via the Local Committee, the implementation of the Family Autonomy Plan; * Update family changes in the program's system; * Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous capacity-building activities to enhance professional performance. **Requirements:** * Valid Class B driver's license * Completed high school education **About Our Work:** The CIEE\-RS social projects aim to promote personal development, professional qualification, and social inclusion of adolescents, youth, and their families—especially in contexts of vulnerability.
