




Job Summary: Responsible for promoting and selling on-campus and online (EAD) courses, prospecting new students, managing leads and partners, and implementing consultative commercial strategies. Partnership with marketing for campaign and strategy alignment Responsible for promoting, publicizing, and selling the institution's on-campus and distance learning (EAD) courses, engaging in prospecting new students, maintaining relationships with leads and partners, and executing commercial strategies. Works consultatively by understanding target audience needs and offering educational solutions aligned with their personal and professional goals. * Provide active and responsive service to prospective students (via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and in person); * Identify lead profiles and needs to recommend the most suitable courses; * Monitor the sales funnel from prospecting through to enrollment completion; * Participate in events, fairs, and external recruitment activities, such as visits to companies, schools, and partner institutions; * Input and maintain up-to-date contact records and lead progress in the CRM system; * Collaborate with marketing to align recruitment campaigns and strategies; * Achieve monthly enrollment targets while maintaining high conversion performance; * Suggest improvements to sales processes and contribute to developing new commercial strategies; * Stay updated on the institution's course differentiators, competitors, and trends in the educational market.
