We seek a committed, communicative, and empathetic individual who identifies with the mission of supporting youth development and contributing to a welcoming and collaborative learning environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan theoretical and practical lessons aligned with the curriculum and course objectives. * Develop lesson plans, projects, and hands-on challenges that stimulate logical reasoning and active learning. * Update content according to technological trends and market demands. * Deliver lessons on programming logic, languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS), databases, and related topics. * Propose activities integrating computational thinking and real-world problem solving. * Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback. * Identify individual difficulties and implement supportive strategies. * Encourage youth agency and practical application of knowledge in personal or social projects. * Collaborate with the pedagogical team and IOS tech team to align practices and outcomes. * Participate in monitoring meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events. * Support formative assessment and student certification. * Complete reports \- attendance records and other classroom-related tasks. **Work Location:** HEADQUARTERS \- Avenida General Ataliba Leonel, 245 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM\.
