We are seeking a committed, communicative, and empathetic individual who identifies with the mission of supporting youth development and contributing to a welcoming and collaborative learning environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan theoretical and practical lessons aligned with the teaching plan and course objectives. * Develop lesson plans, projects, and hands-on challenges that stimulate logical reasoning and active learning. * Update content according to technological trends and market demands. * Deliver lessons on programming logic, programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS), databases, and related topics. * Propose activities integrating computational thinking and real-world problem solving. * Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback. * Identify individual difficulties and implement supportive strategies. * Encourage youth leadership and practical application of knowledge in personal or social projects. * Collaborate with the pedagogical team and the IOS tech team to align practices and outcomes. * Participate in monitoring meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events. * Support formative assessment and student certification. * Complete reports \- attendance records and other classroom-related tasks. **Work Location:** HEADQUARTERS \- Avenida General Ataliba Leonel, 245 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM\. Work model: 100% in-person **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) \- until 07/2027 **Salary:** To be discussed **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems / Systems Analysis and Development / Information Technology; * Strong written communication skills * Collaboration tools (Google Drive, Canva, Trello, Miro) * Tools for interactive presentations (Kahoot, Mentimeter) * Learning platforms (Google Classroom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams) * Proficiency with technology and problem-solving * Development of small practical projects. * Basic IT troubleshooting * Use of free and accessible software for school projects; **Behavioral Requirements (Soft Skills):** * Process organization * Flexibility and adaptability * Creativity and innovation * Group management and conflict mediation * Resilience and patience * Pedagogical skill and ability to engage learners * Collaboration and networked teamwork * Public speaking / strong communication skills * Willingness to learn * Social awareness * Familiarity with youth culture; **Tools:** * Laptop; * Corporate mobile phone.
