Monitor and track project implementation results through data analysis to assess initiative success or determine when strategic adjustments are needed. Deliver CRM and omnichannel customer service training to company employees. Send internal communications to employees regarding process improvements, rollout of new system features, delivery of new projects, and other related topics. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide support for ongoing projects, particularly during the certification phase.
